Materials Specimens

The BENCOR MULTI-T system material specimens are standardized to 3.5mm diameter round for all purposes.

1. Mold specimen material into a checked-to-standard 3.5mm insulin syringe after removal of surface markings from the syringe with acetone.

2.  Allow a complete polymerization or submit the specimen material to a high visible light curing procedure.

3. It is advisable to cut the syringe with the cured material inside it into sections of desired length.

4. If the material is prone to dehydration take the necessary steps to prevent the specimens from drying.
